Important - Please be informed of the following:
1. Our Reservations Department will reply e-mails daily (except on Sundays) from 8am to 4pm.
2. If you do not receive a reply from us within two working days, kindly check your spam/junk folder for our e-mails which may have gone there. Kindly enable your junk filter to allow our e-mail.

To make a reservation, please state: 
 
      1. Your title and name, full address and contact number
 
      2. Number of guests
 
      3. Room Type and King or Twin bed types 
         (King = 1 King-size bed, Twin = 2 Single beds)  
         *Kindly confirm the details of your required room type by
          reviewing the Rooms section again.
 
      4. Arrival and Departure dates, flight no. if applicable

Once we receive your reservation request,

  • Our reservations executive will advise accordingly and a room confirmation will be e-mailed to you containing your confirmed reservation details.
     
  • Credit Card Authorization Forms will also be emailed to you to fill in your credit card details to guarantee the reservation. 
      
  • Print and fax back the forms back to us at +60 82 424600 or as scanned images via e-mail.
